Hey all. Shocking, I know, but the 2010 MoCCA Festival is only two weeks out. We unveiled the full programming lineup earlier this month, but as we move closer to the show, I figured it would be a good time to highlight a few of the individual panels.

The MoCCA Live Strip Show is easily one of my favorites on the list. We’ve assembled an all-star lineup of cartoonists and comedians to help bring to life some hilarious strips. Artists R. Sikoryak (Masterpiece Comics), Michael Kupperman (Tales Designed to Thrizzle, Snake ‘n Bacon), Kim Deitch (The Boulevard of Broken Dreams, Alias the Cat!), Gabrielle Bell (Lucky, Cecil and Jordan in New York), and Emily Flake (Lulu Eightball) will all be on-hand, along with top indie comedians Jon Glaser (Delocated, Late Night With Conan O’Brien), Sam Seder (Air America, Home Movies), and Karen Sneider (JibJab).

Those who have attend Sikoryak’s Carousel around NYC know what they’re getting themselves into—live project, comedy, surprises, and an all around awesome time.

The panel is set for 5:15 PM on Saturday, April 10th.
