  • Sarah Glidden wins the Kukoc Award! The award was given away last Friday at the Stumptown Comics Fest in Portland, OR. You can check out Sarah’s now award-winning work at her website.
  • Also, news out of Stumptown: Dark Horse is reprinting Larry Marder’s Beanworld.
  • The new Ditko book is debuting at MoCCA. Stranger and Stranger: The World of Steve Ditko, by author Blake Bell, will debut at the event June 7th. This is the first critical retrospective of the famed creator.
  • On April 25th, Sioux Falls held an artists exhibition reception at Michelle’s. The Dispatch’s own Sarah Morean was a participant. Congrats, Sarah!

    Your link to Glidden’s site is broken.

    Also her cartoon text is hard to read, can you bump up the size a notch?

    hi david,

    thanks for the head’s up–we fixed the link. as for the image, there’s not much we can do. it was pulled directly from her site–just cropped so that it was two panels, instead of a full page. the image size is the same, however.
