  • Rocketship Comics will host an art show and book signing for Drew Friedman on May 16th in Brooklyn for his new book, More Old Jewish Comedians.
  • Secret Headquaters in LA brings you the work of Mats!? The opening reception will be April 18th and his original art will be displayed through April 30th.
  • Dan Goldman gets hypothetically political in New York Magazine.
  • Speaking of New York, the magazine also has a review of two Young Adult books on the top ten list, showing a possible trend towards graphic storytelling becoming a “respectable” tool in children’s fiction.
  • The Eisners are just around the corner. According to the awards committee, the 2008 nominations are the most diverse yet.
  • American Elf expands its online archive. The archive now dates back to Oct. 26, 1998.
