Everyone, Jewish or otherwise, should read this comic. I’d easily put it up there with “Epileptic” as one of the best autobiographical comics I’ve ever seen. She just won an Ignatz award for this, by the way!

This is my favorite comic I picked up at SPX. Sarah’s storytelling is thoughtful and unpretentious. The narration is so smooth that it’s obvious she’s talented and hard-working. I also appreciated that that story is not crushingly heavy with history and statistics.

I concur, I just reviewed it as well, for the March issue of HEEB, and its a fabulous work that leaves one genuinely curious what she has to say next and to devour her subsequent observations…
