  • Strangle/Switch has a new production blog. Kevin Colden’s new strip can be read at Zuda Comics. Show him some DC Comics love.
  • Daniel Clowes’s Mr. Wonderful ends this weekend.  The Beat has all of the info on past strips and future NYT comics projects.
  • For the first time, The LA Times: Festival of Books will feature The Comix Strip, an area specifically dedicated to comics, graphic novels, manga, etc. And, for all you artists out there, the festival is inviting fans to design the official logo for The Comix Strip.  Hurry, the deadline is February 22.
  • Anna Mercury debuts in April from Avatar Press.  The book is written by Warren Ellis with art by newcomer Facundo Percio.
  • Comic creator Steve Gerber has passed away. Known best for creating Man-Thing, Gerber is credited with dozens of creations and influencing many, many more.
