Guest Strip: Skip Williamson

Categories:  Guest Strip

Skip WilliamsonWhen we interviewed the legendary Skip Williamson yesterday, he touched upon his career as a painter, born of his frustration with the comics industry. He also mentioned the fact that a good many of the folks who purchased his works were fans of the strip from the old days. Williamson was kindly enough to share with us the following, never-before-published work, which straddles both eras of his career, while painting a fairly apocalyptic doom for the artist’s most famous character, ‘Snappy’ Sammy Smoot.

As always, prepare to, like totally have your minds blown and stuff, with The Life of Smoot in Six Easy Lessons. Oh, and for the record, the frame is made of, ‘toys and misc. bling.’
